List offers for an NFT

/nft/offers
operationId: nft-offers

Returns offers on a given NFToken, ordered newest-first. Set isSellOffer=true for sell-side offers only, false for buy-side only, or omit to receive both. Offers that have been accepted or cancelled are still included; filter client-side on the offer status field if you only want open offers.
